In this Journal you are able to practice Meditation: in particular on the Passion and Death of Jesus. We don’t stop at meditation or even at the holy insights that grace bestows on us. We allow God to show us our souls. This is His predominant interest in us: that we become perfect as our Heavenly Father is Perfect in order that He can take us to heaven at the hour of our death
